[KSKIN] Exciting Lucky Draw Campaign to Win a Trip to Seoul!

• This campaign (“Seoul Easy to Win“) is organised by Kskin Pte Ltd. • Participation in this campaign is subject to the below terms and conditions. By submitting your entry to “Seoul Easy to Win,” you are deemed to have accepted and agree to abide by the below terms and conditions. • The Kskin Seoul Easy To Win campaign is valid from 15 November 2025 to 28 February 2026. Only entries submitted within this period will be eligible for participation. • This campaign will be conducted at Kskin HQ at 11:00 am on 9th March 2026. • One (1) winner will receive a pair of return flight tickets to Seoul, and ten (10) winners will receive the consolation prize of a combo facial and box of mask. • Customers who spend a minimum of $150 in a single receipt on any Kskin product or service are eligible for one (1) entry. Entries must be submitted via the official entry form. • Participants may submit multiple entries, as long as each entry is supported by a different receipt showing a minimum spend of $150 in a single receipt. • Promotional, discounted, or complimentary treatments are not entitled to campaign entry. • Participation in this campaign will be completed on customers’ personal mobile devices. Kskin employees would not be able to assist if customers face technical difficulties with their submission of this campaign entry. • Kskin will not be held responsible for incomplete submissions. • Employees of Kskin Pte Ltd and its related franchises, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in this “Seoul Easy to Win” campaign. • Participants confirm that all information provided at the time of entry is accurate. Any misrepresentation shall result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes won. • Kskin will endeavour to hold the campaign on the advertised date, time, and venue and by the advertised mode (manually or electronically), but reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to conduct the campaign by another mode in such circumstances as Kskin may deem appropriate. • Contest participants will be contacted on the same day of the draw through the mobile number or email provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond by 9th March 2026, an alternate winner will be selected. • The winner must physically come down and be available for our prize presentation ceremony at our HQ when contacted; otherwise, their prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected. • Winner will receive a letter to collect their prize. Kskin’s decision on the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entertained. Kskin’s decision at all stages of the campaign is final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, will be entertained. • The prizes consist of one (1) pair of round-trip air tickets to Seoul, South Korea, and ten (10) consolation prizes, each consisting of a combo facial treatment and a box of masks. • The air ticket is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. • The winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa, etc). • The prize does not include accommodation, meals, transportation, or any other expenses unless explicitly mentioned. • By entering the campaign, each participant agrees that all personal data submitted may be used by Kskin for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to this campaign, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes Kskin may reasonably deem appropriate, or in relation to which the participant has otherwise provided Kskin with consent. • Kskin may collect, use, disclose, and share among themselves and their respective service providers the participant’s personal data, including the photographs, audio-video, or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in Kskin’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the campaign or otherwise without further notification, remuneration, or compensation. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all Material shall vest solely and absolutely in Kskin without further compensation. • Participants shall not, without the prior written approval of Kskin, speak to the press or any other media, nor give any interviews or comments relating to the campaign. • Kskin and Kskin’s partners shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, or death in connection.
