2026 Great Charge - Tea Break On Us (1 Apr - 31 May 2026)

Terms and Conditions governing Great Charge Private Limited (“Great Charge”) Tea Break on Us at Great World and Pasir Ris Mall Promotion (“Promotion”)

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.     Promotion

·       Receive one complimentary toast set (1 toast and 1 drink) valid for use at Toast Box upon following Great Charge Facebook and presenting active charging status on Great Rewards app for your electrical vehicle (“EV”) at Great Charge charging stations located at Great World and Pasir Ris Mall

·       The Promotion period shall run from 1 April 2026 to 31 May 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2.     Eligibility and Mechanics

Any Great Rewards account(s) that are not suspended and are in good standing (i.e. to abide by the terms and conditions) throughout the Promotion Period are eligible to participate in the Promotion (“Participant(s)”).

·       Only charging transactions using Great Charge EV charging stations, located at Great World – Office Carpark B3A (Near East Lobby) and Pasir Ris Mall – B2 Carpark (Blue Zone) are eligible for this Promotion.

·       To participate in the Promotion,

1.     Download the Great Rewards app and register for a Great Rewards account. If you already have a Great Rewards account, login to your account on the Great Rewards App.

2.     Add vehicle details such as Car Plate and IU number under the “Carpark” function in Great Reward app.

3.     Charge and pay through the Great Rewards App – “EV Charging” function.

4.     Follow Great Charge Facebook and present active charging at Customer Service Counters to redeem the voucher.

·       There is no limit to the number of times a Participant can participate in this Promotion so long as the Promotion is ongoing.

3.     General

·       Great Charge may vary these Terms and Conditions or suspend or terminate the Promotion without any notice or liability to any party

·       Great Charge shall not be responsible for (i) any delay or failure in (a) communication relating to this Promotion; and/or (b) crediting of the Rewards by any other party; and (ii) any fees, costs, losses, damages, claims, expenses and/or injuries of any person howsoever incurred or suffered in relation with the Promotion or otherwise.

·       Great Charge is entitled to replace the Rewards with item(s) of similar or other value without prior notice. Great Charge may replace, withdraw or add Reward at any time without notice or liability

·       Notwithstanding anything herein, Great Charge has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any person to participate in the Promotion.

·       These terms and conditions shall be read in conjunction with the Great Rewards Terms and Condition at https://greatrewards.com.sg/terms-conditions/ and Great Charge Terms and Conditions at https://bit.ly/GreatChargeTnC. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail insofar as they apply to the Promotion.

·       Participants consent to Great Charge collection and use of Participants’ personal data and the use and disclosure of Participants’ personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of the Promotion. Participants agree to the terms of the Great Charge Privacy Policy, a copy which can be found at https://allgreen.com.sg/privacy-policy/.

·       Great Charge reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the Promotion without prior notice or providing any reason or assuming any liability to any person. Great Charge’ decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding on all participants. Great Charge shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter with any party concerning the Promotion.

TEA BREAK ON US
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is exclusive for Great Rewards members who charge their EVs at Great Charge charging stations at Great World or Pasir Ris Mall from 1 April to 31 May 2026, or while stocks last, unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligible drivers may redeem one (1) toast sets (1 toast and 1 drink) at Toast Box, subject to the following:

·       Drivers must show proof of active charging via Great Rewards app

·       Drivers must follow Great Charge Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/greatcharge/)

·       Redemption on the same day of charging at the Customer Service Counter (Level 2) of Great World or Pasir Ris Mall.

·       Limited to one redemption per day, per driver, per mall

·       Limited to the first 240 redemptions per mall

·       Toast Box voucher is valid for use only at B1-104 Great World or B1-40 Pasir Ris Mall till 16 June 2026  

3. Customer Service Counter of respective Great Charge locations: –
 a. Great World: Level 2, near Toys”R”Us
 b. Pasir Ris Mall: Level 2, beside Snap Fitness

4. Redemption must be made in person, and third-party redemption is strictly not allowed.

5. Redemption status updates are not provided in real-time. If a redemption is unavailable, it may indicate that the reward(s) has been fully redeemed. Redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Check with Customer Service counter of participating malls for details.

6. Promotion is only valid at Great World or Pasir Ris Mall, on the same day of EV charging session with Great Charge.

8. Drivers can only make redemptions at the mall where their vehicle is charged using Great Charge stations.

9. All rewards redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the reward with others of equivalent value.

10. By participating in the redemption implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

11. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

12. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
