1. The promotion is open exclusively to all GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 10 May 2023 to 31 Jul 2023, unless otherwise stated.

2. CITI CARDS EXCLUSIVE: 2,000 Great Rewards Points (worth $10)
a) With min. spend of $120 or $150 (Supermarket receipts) charged to your Citi Card
b) Present original receipt(s), corresponding charge slip(s) and valid physical/digital Citi Credit Card for redemption at Customer Service Counter, Level 2 (Great World) or Customer Service Counter, Level 3 (Tanglin Mall)
c) Limited to first 1,500 redemptions, 1 redemption per Cardmember per day
d) Name on eligible Citi card must be same as the member’s name in Great Rewards

3. PAY WITH POINTS: 200 Great Rewards Points (worth $1)
a) A min. payment of 200 Great Rewards points per transaction is required to qualify for the redemption
b) Limited to first 30,000 redemptions
c) 200 Great Rewards points will be awarded within 5 working days upon verification

4. TANGLIN MALL EXCLUSIVE – AFTER 5PM COMPLIMENTARY PARKING: 706 Great Rewards Points (worth 3.53 Carpark$) 
a) With min. spend of $20 in a single transaction from Sun – Thu after 5pm
b) Double spend is required for Supermarket receipt(s)
c) Redemption eligibility is based on printed date and time on the submitted receipt(s)
d) 706 Great Rewards points will be awarded automatically via mobile app upon successful approval of receipt(s)

c) Capped at 1,000 Great Rewards bonus points per member per day
d) Bonus points are awarded instantly via mobile app upon successful approval of receipt(s)
e) Limited to first 1,000 redemptions

6. No limit to the no. of combined same-day receipts, each receipt must be $20 and above.

7. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per member per day, unless otherwise stated. While stocks last and on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. Not valid in conjunction with other campaigns and promotional redemptions.

9. Retailers and retailers’ staff at Great World and Tanglin Mall are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.

10. All members are required to present their member QR in Great Rewards mobile app or provide their Singapore-registered mobile phone number in person for registration and verification purposes to take part in all redemptions.

11. All redemptions must be made on the same day of purchase at the Level 2 Customer Service Counter (Great World) or Level 3 Customer Service Counter (Tanglin Mall) from 10.00am – 9.00pm unless otherwise stated. Any receipts submitted thereafter will not be accepted.

12. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Great World or Tanglin Mall are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.

14. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-tenant atrium vendors will not be accepted.

15. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.

16. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, transferable, exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.

17. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.

18. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.

19. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
