Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open exclusively to all GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2026, unless otherwise stated.
2. ONE (1) Great Rewards Instant-Win Scratch Card
   a) Bring your own reusables for your purchase with minimum $20 spend in a single receipt.
   b) Double spend is required for supermarket receipt.
   c) Receipt must be stamped at point of purchase by the retailer and same in-app receipt submission applies.
   d) First 6,500 redemptions across Allgreen Malls per month.
   e) Limited to one game chance per day, per mall, per member via the Great Rewards app.
   f) Great Rewards instant-win scratch card will be awarded automatically via Great Rewards app upon successful approval of receipt on a first-come, first served basis.
   g) Each scratch card entitles members to a chance to win up to 150 Great Rewards Points each time.
3. Allgreen Malls refer to Great World, Pasir Ris Mall, Tanglin Mall and The Seletar Mall.
4. Retailers and retailers’ staff at participating malls are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.
5. Redemption status updates are not provided in real-time. If a redemption is unavailable, it may indicate that the reward has been fully redeemed.
6. Each full payment receipt must be of at least $40 for supermarket receipt or $20 for any other retailers of participating in malls, unless otherwise stated.
7. All receipts must be uploaded no later than the next day of purchase (2359hrs). For example, if the receipt is dated 1 January 2026, the receipt must be uploaded no later than 2 January 2026, 2359hrs.
8. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Allgreen Malls are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
9. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, pushcart and non-retailer atrium vendors will not be accepted.
10. Members can only make redemption at the mall where their purchase is made. Receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
11. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash or kind or not extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gift with other of equivalent value without prior notice.
12. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.
13. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.
14. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice
