Present this e-Voucher at Tanglin Mall, Whimsy Land (#03-142) to exchange for a ride token.
- This e-Voucher must be presented at Whimsy Land, #03-142 to exchange for a ride token.
- Present the ride token at the Level 1 Outdoor Pedestrian Walkway between Tanglin Mall and JEN Hotel for redemption (Exit via Lily.S Modern Vietnamese, Mall Entrance).
- Rides operating hours: 5pm – 9pm.
- Limited to redemption of two (2) e-Voucher per Great Rewards Member per day.
- This e-Voucher and the redeemed ride pass must be used by the end of the issuing month (e.g., if the e-Voucher or token is redeemed on 1 Nov 2024, it must be used by 30 Nov 2024).
- One (1) e-Voucher is valid for one (1) participant.
- If e-Voucher is not utilised prior to its expiry date, it will be deemed forfeited.
- The e-Voucher will not be replaced or refunded if its expired or unlawfully obtained.
- Upon redemption or utilisation, e-Vouchers are not refundable or transferrable or exchangeable for cash, credit or points.
- Great Rewards Points deducted are not refundable.
- This e-Voucher is strictly not exchangeable, non-transferrable and not extendable in validity.
- e-Voucher obtained through Great Rewards Points redemption, whether through a promotion, reward program, or any other means, are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged for monetary or non-monetary benefits.
- The management reserves the right to change the promotion or offer without prior notice.
