Citi Mastercard Exclusive Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open exclusively to all GREAT REWARDS MEMBERS from 23 May to 31 Aug 2025, unless otherwise stated.
2. ONE (1) $10 Great Rewards e-Voucher
   a) With a minimum of $100 charged to an eligible Singapore-issued Citi Mastercard Credit / Debit card.
   b) Present same-day original receipt(s) of minimum $20 per receipt along with a valid physical/digital Citi Mastercard and corresponding charge slip on the same day of purchase at Customer Service Counter for redemption.
   c) Name on Citi Mastercard must be the same as the member’s name registered in Great Rewards.
   d) Redemption must be made in person, third-party redemption is strictly not allowed.
   e) Limited to 1 redemption per Citi Mastercard Cardmember, per day, per mall.
   f) Limited to first 3,461 redemptions.
3. Allgreen Malls refer to Great World, Pasir Ris Mall, Tanglin Mall and The Seletar Mall.
4. Members can only make redemptions at the mall where their purchases are made, receipts issued from other malls will not be accepted.
5. Retailers and retailers’ staff at participating malls are NOT eligible to participate in campaign redemptions.
6. Only original receipts generated/printed from Point of Sales Systems at participating retailers in Allgreen Malls are valid for redemption. Handwritten, duplicate, NETS and credit card slips/receipts will not be accepted. The Management reserves the right to retain all original receipts presented.
7. Receipts issued from purchase of Great Rewards Vouchers, Tenant’s shopping vouchers, AXS/SAM payment stations, ATMs, credit card slips, Cash Card top up, gift card purchase and/or top up, credit package purchase, partial/deposit payment, currency exchange, lottery purchase, pushcart and non-retailer atrium vendors will not be accepted.
8. All gifts redeemed must be accepted as rewarded and are not replaceable, not transferable, not exchangeable for cash or kind or extendable in validity. The Management reserves the right to substitute the gifts with others of equivalent value without prior notice.
9. By participating in the redemption(s) implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.
10. All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.
11. The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice
