It has a humble beginning along a quiet alley near Taipei Metro Station "Shilin" Expanding their first overseas branch in Singapore, it now boasts a total of 8 outlets across Singapore. They are known for their Signature Milk Toast which is freshly baked from their central kitchen daily, and used for all the sandwiches on their menu. The bread are charcoal toasted, to create a crunchy on the outside yet soft on the inside experience in your mouth. They have also added more varieties into their menu, including Taiwan's favourite Braised Pork Rice and many other taiwanese side dishes as well.
