Great Rewards Refer and Earn Promotion Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility
    – This promotion is open to all existing Great Rewards members (“Referrer”) and new users (“Referee”) who sign up for a Great Rewards account during the promotion period.
    – Referrers must have a valid Great Rewards account with a referral code.
    – Referees must sign up using the Referrer’s referral code and meet the qualifying spend criteria to be eligible.
  • Promotion Period
    – The promotion runs from 10 November 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive.
  • How to Participate (Criteria)
    – The Referrer must share their referral code with the Referee.
    – The Referee must:
    1. Sign up for a new Great Rewards account using the referral code during the promotion period; and
    2. Make a minimum spend of $20* in a single receipt at a participating mall; and
    3. Upload the receipt to their Great Rewards account for approval no later than the next day of purchase (2359hrs)^ and gets it approved.
    * Double spending is required for supermarket receipts.
    ^The date of submission must be within the promotion period to qualify.
  • Rewards
    – Both the Referrer and Referee will be awarded 888 Great Rewards points when the Referee completes all conditions above and the receipt is approved.
    – Each Referrer is eligible to receive the 888 Great Rewards points reward only once (1 redemption per Referrer per campaign period), regardless of the number of successful referrals.
    – The 888 Great Rewards points will be awarded to the Referrer and the first Referee (among those referred by the Referrer) who completes the qualifying criteria. The other Referees referred by the same Referrer will not be eligible for the 888 Great Rewards points reward, even if they complete the criteria.
    – These other Referees may still go on to refer their own friends and be eligible for the 888 Great Rewards points reward as Referrers, subject to the same qualifying criteria.
    – Total campaign rewards are capped at 3,200 redemptions, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Points Awarding
    – Great Rewards Points will be credited to both Referrer and Referee after the Referee’s receipt submission is verified and approved.
  • Other Conditions
    – Each Referee may only receive the 888 Great Rewards points reward once (1 redemption per Referee per campaign period).
    – Only receipts from participating malls’ tenants will be accepted. Exclusions may apply (e.g. bill payments, top-ups, purchases from non-participating tenants).
    – Duplicate or combined receipts will not be accepted.
    – Great Rewards reserves the right to reject any receipt that is unclear, tampered with, duplicated, or does not meet the criteria.
  • By participating in the referral implies automatic acceptance of rules and regulations of the campaign. In the event of dispute, the decision of The Management is final.
  • All information submitted may be used as part of The Management’s database for administrative, auditing and marketing purposes.
  • The information stated is correct at the time of print and The Management reserves the right to change all terms and conditions without prior notice.
