Poke Theory is a fast food-first concept serving up modern poke bowls, acai bowls, cold pressed juice & healthy snacks. Started in July 2016, the brand centers itself on its 'Eat Colourful' mantra in the products they offer - rainbow poke bowls, an array of colourful drinks, and deliciously Instagrammable acai bowls. Its trendy monotone interior is designed with the intention to allow for its fresh, vibrant produce to be the pop of colour in the space. Originally a CBD lunch favourite, the brand has grown to 6 stores island-wide, with 3 more opening in Q3 2020, appealing to all ages from kids to adults. Poke Theory also opened its first international store in Surabaya, Indonesia in August 2019.
